Our best world-renown tasters worked hard to find the perfect composition of mouth-watering treats just for you.

Please note that there are two choices for both the starter and main course, one of which is vegetarian. You can choose any of those (e.g., you can choose a vegetarian starter and a meaty main course, or viceversa). Please do let us know of your choices by the 12th August 2019. If we do not receive your choices by that date, we will assume the full-meaty menu for you ;)

Starters:

• Haggis Bon Bon’s, potato gratin, turnip purée, whisky sauce
• Wild mushroom, red onion and mozzarella tart, rocket oil, hazelnut crumb (V)

Main course:

• Braised beef shin roulade, creamy mash, roast shallots, tender-stem broccoli, thyme jus
• Smoked aubergine, roast squash and sweet potato, pomegranate and chilli dressing, puffed wild rice and crispy falafel (V)

Dessert:

• White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, raspberry sorbet, chocolate soil, mint syrup
